Our minimum rental term is 2 months. At the lease initiation we request payment for 2 months rental and transportation expenses for delivery and pick up. The payment must be received prior to delivery of the unit. Upon the completion of a signed lease agreement and the initial payment, delivery will be made within 2-3 working days. Lease will be month to month after the initial rental term is fulfilled. To end the lease, simply call and schedule a pick up time. We will make every effort to get your unit picked up promptly however it may take up to 10 working days for unit to be removed.
